What forms of payment are accepted?
In store we accept cash, check, Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express. Online we accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express.

Is there sales tax?
Items purchased in our store are subject to 9 percent sales tax, and items shipped anywhere in the state of Alabama are subject to 4 percent sales tax. Shipments to all other states are not subject to sales tax. 

How much notice do I need to give for a special order?

We need at least 48 hours notice before the time of pickup for specialty in-house pickup orders. We need at least 48 hours notice before the time of shipment for shipped orders. 

What if my event is on the weekend?
If your event is on a Saturday or Sunday, you will need to pick up your cookies by Friday at 5:30 pm. That means we need you to place your order by no later than Wednesday. If you are having an order shipped for a weekend event, the order will arrive on Friday. In most cases, that means the package will be shipped on Wednesday, so the order must be placed by Monday. In other words, you will need to place your order 48 hours in advance of the day it needs to be shipped. 

Is there a rush option?
Orders placed within 24 hours of pickup are considered rush orders. We will add an additional $10 for rushed orders. Rush orders that need to be shipped will be assessed on a case by case basis. Please call our store and speak with an associate before placing an online, shipped rush order.

Will I get a confirmation for my online order?
Yes. You will receive an emailed confirmation. You may also get a call or email from one of our associates to discuss your order or ask questions. Please continually check your email (and junk mail) after you’ve placed an order. 

How do I pay online?
You must have a credit card to place an order online. However, your account will not be charged until the order is completed. 

If my event is on a Monday, what is the earliest I can pick up my order?
The earliest we can have an order ready on a Monday is noon. If this is a problem, please discuss with a store manager, and we will do our best to accommodate you. 

Do you take orders over the phone?
Yes. You must offer a credit card at the time we take your order. Your credit card will not be charged until the order is completed. 

Can you help me with ideas for an event or gift?
We think our cookies add flair and personality to just about any event or gift. We would love to discuss our ideas with you. Call or email us anytime with your questions. Also, check out our blog with lots of party ideas and photos! 

Is there a minimum order amount?
Yes. We require a minimum of one dozen cookies. 

What is your policy on large orders?
If you are ordering more than 100 cookies, we ask that you give us plenty of notice! We also offer discounts for orders over 100, so don’t forget to ask. 

I did not see the cookie shape I was hoping to order. What should I do?
Call us! Just because a shape isn’t on our website, that doesn’t mean we don’t have it or can’t get it. We are constantly adding new shapes to our line and would love your input/requests. 

Can you use my corporate logo on a cookie?
Yes! We can have a cookie cutter custom designed in the shape of your company logo. Click here for more information.

Do you provide a list of ingredients for those with food allergies?
Absolutely. Just ask and we’ll send you the exact ingredients that go in the specific item you are ordering.

Do you share your recipes?
Afraid not! 

How do you determine the prices for your iced cut-out cookies?
Our pricing is based on size of the cookie and scope of the decoration. Our sizes range from around 3 inches to 6 inches (at the widest point). They are also about a half-inch thick. 

How long do your products stay fresh?
We package our cookies to optimize freshness, and guarantee their freshness for up to one week. 

How do you package your cookies?
For orders picked up at the store, we place the cookies in a bakery box for no additional charge. We also offer individually wrapped cookies in a small clear bag with ribbon for an additional $.25 per cookie. We can also place the cookies on a tray with a lid and ribbon for an additional charge of $3.50. Or, we offer gift wrapping in the form of a gift box stuffed with crinkle grass and tied with ribbon for an additional $5.50. For shipping, we individually seal each cookie in a clear bag and place them in a bakery box, which is then placed in a well-padded mailing box.

Do you have cookies available in your store?
Yes! We are open Monday- Friday and always have cookies baked fresh daily. These include our regular cookies as well as iced cookies usually in shapes that are fitting for the season. Patrons are welcome to drop by and purchase cookies from our case, however if you have a special request, we ask that you call in advance so we can do our best to accomodate you.


What shipping method do you use to ship your cookies?
For the majority of our shipments, we use USPS Priority Mail. Priority Mail delivers to most locations in 1-3 days. We do have rush shipping options available, however you will be charged accordingly and will need to call and speak with an associate concerning rush shipments.

What is your policy on broken cookies shipped in the mail?
We go to great lengths to package your cookies with the hopes that they will arrive in one piece, however, once the package leaves our store, we cannot guarantee that each cookie will arrive unbroken. 

How much does shipping cost?
Shipping charges start at $10.00 and increase according to package size, package weight and destination. 

Are your shipments "signature required" deliveries? 
We have all our packages delivered without signature requirement. Please keep this in mind when you are having a package shipped. You will want to avoid having your cookies stay outside, unattended for long periods of time. 

Will I receive a tracking number to track the progress of my shipment? 
Yes, it will be sent to your email address.
